Enrollment into RPLE, 403(b), and Life Insurance

Welcome to the online enrollment with the Retirement Office at the Catholic Diocese of Toledo.  Now that you are working for the Catholic Diocese of Toledo you will need to enroll in the Retirement Plan for Lay Employees, Life Insurance, and 403(b) (optional). 

If you are a priest, religious, or part-time worker you have the option of participating in the 403(b) and are required to fill out the online enrollment, as well, and state where or not you wish to participate in the 403(b).

Catholic Diocese Tax Deferred Annuity 403(b)

You may increase/decrease and stop/start your 403(b) contributions are anytime, simply fill out a new online 403(b) Election enrollment form by visiting http://my.nyhart.com.

Distribution Instructions
