Scholarship Information

The Board of Trustees established this scholarship program in honor of F. Edward Schaefer in recognition of his long service on the Board and six years as its Chairman until his resignation in February 1992, due to illness. During his tenure, Mr. Schaefer chaired a comprehensive study of fringe benefits and directed the implementation of benefit improvements.
