Carolyn Price, Principal at St. Joseph School is Crestline sent these photos of Deb Streaker from Fremont St. Joseph HS presenting the elementary Spanish Moodle plans to diocesan school staff.  The Elephant mask is great! She truly inspires others.

Principal Minister Jan Schimmoeller from St. Anthony of Padua school in Columbus Grove sent us these photos and updates:

St. Anthony Parent Guild held a potluck dinner followed by an Open House at the school for St. Anthony school families. This was a great opportunity for our new families to meet our other families and for everyone to meet the teachers and get acquainted for another school year!

Saint Anthony's Teachers participated in a day long workshop called "Math Mania" presented by Ginny Dowd. the teachers learned many new ways to present material to their students.

Saint Anthony teachers will be using Progress Book this school year. Dan Potkotter from the Northwest Ohio Computer Services Center trained the teachers on this grades program. Parents will soon have on-line access to their students' grades!

Lourdes College named among best in nation

SYLVANIA—The Princeton Review, nationally known for its test preparation and admissions services, has included Lourdes College in its 2011 “Best Colleges: Region by Region” guide for the seventh consecutive year.

Lourdes was one of 152 colleges and universities to be honored in the Midwest Region. A total of 623 institutions were named in four regions, representing an elite 25 percent of the nation’s four-year colleges Click here to read more.
