Scholar to Speak on "Natural Law, God, and Human Dignity" at UT College of Law |

Robert P. George, McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence and founder and director of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton University, will deliver the Stranahan Lecture at The University of Toledo College of Law on Thursday, Feb. 18, at 11:50 a.m. in the Law College Auditorium. The lecture is free and open to the public.
Professor George is also the co-author of the Manhattan Declaration. Signed by Bishop Blair, prominent Christian clergy, ministry leaders, and scholars, the Manhattan Declaration is a 4,700-word declaration that speaks in defense of the sanctity of life, traditional marriage, and religious liberty. It issues a clarion call to Christians to adhere firmly to their convictions in these three areas. Bishop Blair has encouraged people to sign the Manhattan Declaration.
