The Most Reverend Leonard P. Blair, Bishop of the Diocese of Toledo announces the following personnel appointments effective immediately unless noted:
The following have been appointed to the Office of Dean for five years:
Reverend Monsignor. Michael R. Billian, VG – Saint Agnes Deanery (effective  September 1, 2011)
Very Reverend Jeffrey R. McBeth, VF – Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha Deanery
Very Reverend David L. Ritchie, VF – Saint Philomena Deanery
Very Reverend Herbert F. Weber, VF – Saint Katharine Drexel Deanery

The following have been reappointed to the Office of Dean for five years:

The remaining Deans, Very Reverend Daniel E. Borgelt, VF (Our Lady, Queen of Peace Deanery)  and Very Reverend David M. Ross, VF (Blessed Junipero Serra Deanery) continue to serve as Deans since their earlier appointments have not expired.
Reverend Jason J. Kahle has been appointed the Spiritual Director of the Teens Encounter Christ (TEC) Program in the Diocese (effective July 19, 2011).
Deacon Floyd Hohman has been granted Senior Status (effective July 19, 2011).

The Diocese of Toledo, established April 15, 1910 encompasses 8222 square miles in a mixture of urban and rural areas that spans 19 counties across Northwest Ohio, serving 322,523 Catholics. The diocese includes Allen, Crawford, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, Huron, Lucas, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, Wood and Wyandot counties.
