DIOCESEAN MONSIGNORS TO BE RECOGNIZED BY BISHOP BLAIR AT
ROSARY CATHEDRAL
January 19, 2011 – Toledo OH –On December 27, 2010, Bishop Leonard P. Blair announced that 10 priests of the Toledo Diocese had been given the honorary title of monsignor. They will be recognized in the Vespers and Conferral of Certificate of Papal Honors on January 30, 2011.
The ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Toledo Rosary Cathedral and is open to all. The Conferral of Certificates will be celebrated by The Most Reverend Leonard P. Blair, Bishop of Toledo. The Bishop will individually give the monsignors their certificates. A reception will follow at the conclusion of the mass at the Monsignor Bernard Smith Auditorium at Rosary Cathedral. The following priests were named monsignors:

Reverend Monsignor Michael R. Billian, Reverend Monsignor Marvin G. Borger, Reverend Monsignor Bertrand J. Shenk and Reverend Monsignor Cleo S. Schmenk
Chaplains of His Holiness:
Reverend Monsignor Christopher P. Vasko, Reverend Monsignor William J. Kubacki, Reverend Monsignor Charles E. Singler, Reverend Monsignor Kenneth G. Morman, Reverend Monsignor Dennis M. Metzger and Reverend Monsignor Michael G. Hohenbrink.
