Residential Specialist 

Catholic Charities is looking to fill two (2) Residential Specialist positions at their La Posada Family Shelter in Toledo, OH.  One position with be Full-time second shift and the other will be on a contingent basis.  La Posada offers temporary housing to homeless families and Spanish speaking individuals. The Residential Specialist will prepare meals for residents, maintain daily staff logs, answer phones, greet visitors in a courteous and respectful manner, and assist the Senior Residential Specialist in all functions and operations of the facility. 

Applicant must have a high school degree or equivalent; at least one year experience in facility management, health and human services or community outreach; must maintain all CPR and First Aid certifications; requires a caring attitude towards the poor and homeless; passion for agency mission and values’ and commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church; must be able to successfully pass a BCI/FBI background check.
