St. Gerard Catholic School, Lima, Ohio, is accepting applications for principal at our K-8 school.  The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, faith-filled and fully participating Roman Catholic who will lead our small but vibrant, culturally diverse school of about 170 students.  Relocation to Lima is requested.  The qualified candidate must possess strong communication skills, enthusiasm and be able to maintain our Christian environment.  Applicants are required to have a minimum of five years in teaching at Catholic schools, have demonstrated leadership abilities and hold an administrator’s license.  Those in process will be considered.  A Master’s Degree is preferred but relevant experience will be considered.  Experience in budget and finance, fundraising and goal planning is essential for the continued success of our school.
