Finance Council Workshops 2011

To break tradition from the last three years of finance council training, and to incorporate an additional educational opportunity, we will be conducting three, one-day training sessions between March 22 and April 9, 2011. It is required that all pastors, associate pastors, finance council members, and finance staff members (business managers and bookkeepers) attend at least one of these workshops once every three years. This is the third year of this training series, so if the above personnel have not attended a workshop last year or the year before, it will be mandatory to attend this year.

ParishSOFT users are required to attend the workshop for the concurrent morning session. Rene Yuhas Schmidbauer will be promulgating the ParishSOFT Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document.

Registration records will be maintained at the Diocese to track attendance. Please select one of the workshops listed below, complete the registration form, and submit at least 10 days prior to the date.

An agenda will be sent out prior to the workshop(s).

The meetings will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at all locations and lunch will be provided.
