OVER 356 COUPLES CELEBRATE MILESTONE WEDDING ANNIVERSARIES
Annual Diocesan Celebration Honors Couples Married 25, 50 or 60 or More Years
September 25, 2007 – Toledo, OH – The Diocese of Toledo will celebrate the 34th annual 25th/50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration on Sunday, September 30, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at Our Lady, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Cathedral, Toledo, OH. Couples in attendance are celebrating 25, 50, 60 or more years of marriage in the year 2007. Bishop Leonard P. Blair will preside at the service.
The celebration honors these couples as living signs that marriage and family life are alive and well. This year sixty-one of the registered couples are celebrating 60 or more years of marriage. Pat Halicek, coordinator of the celebration said, “These couples are true witnesses of the love and commitment of marriage!”
