Rosary CathedralOur Lady, Queen of the most Holy Rosary Cathedral Concerts 2007-2008

Rosary Cathedral proudly introduces The Cathedral Concert Series. This series of musical events seeks to bring together the finest musicians and the magnificent atmosphere of Rosary Cathedral for the enjoyment of audiences in Northwest Ohio. Many of the concerts will feature the cathedral's two fine instruments, the 1931 E.M. Skinner organ and the 1921 Steinway grand piano. Choral and instrumental ensembles, such as the Toledo Symphony and the cathedral Choirs, will take advantage of the cathedral's outstanding acoustics. Whatever the performance, listeners will be entertained and uplifted by excellent performances in this glorious edifice.

You are invited to attend all of the concerts in the 2007-2008 series. They are free and open to the publicCathedral except for the Toledo Symphony performance in March. Steven Ball, Organist

One of the region's most versatile organists will present a concert featuring Widor's "Fifth Symphony for Organ" and a rare complete performance of Marcel Dupré's "Evocation." Mr. Ball is equally talented as a classical and theater organist. He has performed concerts and silent film presentations throughout the United States and Europe.
