May 3, 2007 – Toledo, Ohio - The Most Reverend Leonard Paul Blair, Bishop of the Diocese of Toledo announces the following personnel appointments in the diocese effective July 2, 2007:

•    Reverend Michael A. Geiger has been appointed as the Director of Pastoral Services and Chaplain at Central Catholic High School in Lima, and Associate Pastor at Saint Charles Borromeo in Lima. Father Geiger is currently the Associate Pastor of Central Catholic High School in Toledo and the Associate Pastor of the Historic Church of Saint Patrick in Toledo.

•    Reverend Randy P. Giesige has been appointed as the Pastor of All Saints Parish in New Riegel. Father Giesige is currently the Associate Pastor at Saint John the Evangelist Parish in Delphos.

•    Reverend David L. Ritchie has been appointed as Pastor of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Genoa and Saint Boniface Parish in Oak Harbor.  Father Ritchie is currently the Associate Pastor of Saint Charles Borromeo Parish in Lima.

•    Reverend Richard Morse, O.S.F.S., based on the nomination of the Very Reverend David M. Whalen, O.S.F.S., Provincial Superior of the Oblates of Saint Francis, has been appointed as Pastor of Saint Pius X Parish in Toledo. Father Morse is currently the Pastor of Saint Anthony of Padua Parish in Manteca, California.

•    Reverend Todd M. Dominique has been appointed as Pastor of John the Evangelist Parish in Defiance. Father Dominique is currently the Associate Pastor of Saint Wendelin Parish in Fostoria.

•    Reverend Jeffrey R. McBeth has been appointed as a Diocesan Chaplain for Youth Ministry in addition to his assignment as Associate Pastor of Saint Michael the Archangel Parish in Findlay.
