Attention College-Bound Seniors |

As in past years, the Diocesan Directors of Campus Ministry are asking your help to identify the college destinations of college-bound seniors in parishes in our diocese.
These electronic "cards" allow Catholic campus ministers on Catholic, private, and public college campuses to communicate with new students when they arrive on campus (or even before), and invite them to make campus ministry part of their college life.
There are 2 options for getting this information from your High School Seniors:
(1) Pass along the web address below via your own e-mail distribution list. (The web page has both the online form and a printer-friendly version of the cards on it.) Have your seniors complete the "cards" online. The page is already up and ready to go:

Whenever a student clicks "submit", the form automatically e-mails the senior's information to the appropriate diocesan director of campus ministry for the college he/she indicated.
(2) Pass along the web address above via your own e-mail distribution list. You can download and duplicate a printable form of the card for insertion in parish bulletins.
