DIOCESE OF TOLEDO ANNOUNCES PERSONNEL APPOINTMENTS
November 14, 2006 – Toledo, Ohio - The Most Reverend Leonard Paul Blair, Bishop of the Diocese of Toledo announces the following personnel appointment in the diocese effective December 12, 2006.
• Upon the recommendation of the Vicar for Deacons, Deacon Robert T. Bodette has been granted senior status. He served at Saint Joseph Parish in Sylvania.
The Diocese of Toledo, established April 15, 1910 encompasses 8222 square miles in a mixture of urban and rural areas that spans 19 counties across Northwest Ohio, serving 306,000 Catholics. The diocese includes Allen, Crawford, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, Huron, Lucas, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, Wood and Wyandot counties.
