Represents the Bishop and diocesan offices to the media; provides counsel for media and public relation efforts of the diocesan agencies, institutions and parishes; produces all news releases and places radio and television programming in the name of the Diocese; serves as liaison with the Catholic Chronicle and Information Technology Services.
