Provides advice and counsel to diocesan offices, agencies, and parishes in effective human resource practices; responsible for development, implementation and administration of personnel policies and programs in the areas of recruitment, employment, compensation/benefits, and employee relations.

RPLE (Retirement Plan For Lay Employees)
Maintains employees’ contribution and benefit records and communicates with parishes, participants, trustee, investment and other professional counsel. Administers benefits including retirement, disability, death and survivor.
