Schools' Information Packet Order Form

The following materials are available as preprinted folders and inserts for purchase by your school. Each set of inserts includes a blank page for you to print a custom message or information about your school. We are in the process of ordering more materials and do not currently know when they will be available. We cannot guarantee orders placed after Dec. 28th will be available prior to Catholic School's Week. We will place orders as quickly as possible, but please be patient with us as it takes 7-10 business days for more materials to be printed.
